History: Considered by some to be the "holy grail" of all pinball artwork, this concept art was created by legendary game artist Python Anghelo.  Williams attempted to get the license to do the Batman pinball but Data East secured the license first, preventing Williams from producing the game.  The concept would then go on to become the Police Force pinball machine.
